Right of withdrawal for EU countries (including the United Kingdom)
The customer has fourteen (14) daysfrom the date of receipt of the productsor conclusion of the contractto exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason, and return the product(s) in question to the seller. This right applies only to products that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
a-Return Procedure
To exercise their right of withdrawal, the Internet user must return the product(s) concerned accompanied by the withdrawal form below, duly completed. The form can be downloaded directly by clicking HERE.If the Internet user is unable to print the said form, they may exercise their right of withdrawal on "plain paper" within the withdrawal period, respecting the provisions below.

Free return to point of sale: You can drop off your package at one of the points of sale of your choice located within the territory.

Regardless of the return method chosen, the returned product must be accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation).
b- Return conditions
For a product to be eligible for return, it must meet the following conditions:
- Not to have been worn, washed or damaged.
- To have all its original tags attached.
- To be in its original packaging and in perfect condition.
- Must be free of traces of makeup, deodorant or any other stain or odor (deodorant, perfume).
c- Return fees and proof of deposit
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the user. It is the user's responsibility to retain proof of postage for the package.which will be delivered to him by the carrier he has chosen. In case of loss of the package, no refund can be issued without this proof.
d- Right of withdrawal and refund
Refunds for returned products and, where applicable, initial delivery charges, will be processed within 14 daysof receipt of the returned products. The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Shipping costs: Shipping costs will only be refunded if the cancellation applies to the entire order. In the case of a partial cancellation, only the amount for the returned products will be refunded.

Payment by bank card and gift card: If the order was paid by bank card and gift card, the refund will be made first to the bank card up to the amount paid by bank card, and any remaining balance will be refunded in the form of a virtual gift card.

Sometimes things don't go as planned; we gladly accept returns of any unworn garment with all its security tags still attached. This applies to any item returned to us within 20 days of receipt.

It is important to note that Claire Showroom Guyane does not cover return shipping costs. We therefore suggest using your local post office for optimal service and a tracking number.

When filling out the form
On our returns portal , please indicate whether you would like a refund or an exchange. Certain items are neither returnable nor refundable, such as:
accessories, and swimwear.
Returns result in a partial refund; delivery and processing fees are not refundable.
Payments will be refunded to the bank card used for the purchase. Refunds are processed within 2 to 3 business days of receiving the item. Please note that sale items are refunded only in the form of a gift card.
Card refunds can take up to 10 business days to be processed by your bank, depending on their processing times. These times may vary from bank to bank; please contact your bank for further information, as we are unable to change them.
We are happy to issue refunds in the form of a store gift card. A code will be sent to you by email. It will be available 2 to 3 days after your return has been processed.
We accept no responsibility for packages lost during their return.
Exchanges
Our exchange policy allows you to make an exchange within 20 days of delivery. Your exchange request will be processed once your returned package has been scanned by the carrier.
It is important to note that return shipping costs are not covered by Claire Showroom Guyane.
Don't hesitate to be demanding: you can exchange your item for any size or item (subject to availability), and we will send it back to you at no extra cost.
If you'd like to purchase a more expensive replacement item, you'll need to pay the difference. If the replacement item is less expensive than the original, don't worry: we'll refund the difference to your original payment method.

Items sent to us in error, with an incorrect label, or that do not meet our return criteria will not be returned or refunded.
Refusal to return
The seller reserves the right to refuse any returned product that is damaged, soiled, incomplete, or has been worn, except for products that have been tried on. Returned products that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will not be eligible for a refund.

Items purchased on sale can only be returned or exchanged for a credit note No refunds will be issued to the original payment method for sale items.
Do I have to pay the return shipping costs?
Unfortunately, we do not offer prepaid return labels for international orders. Once you have processed your return through our portal, you can use your preferred carrier to ship your items back to us. We recommend obtaining a tracking number for your shipment, as we are not responsible for packages lost in transit.
Late returns
We do not accept returns more than 20 days after receiving your order.
