SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We ship worldwide. All our deliveries are handled by DHL Express International and Chronopost. After your order is confirmed, please allow 24 hours for processing. within 48 business hours This is to be expected. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing detailed tracking information. Please note that while we do not anticipate any delays after shipment, unforeseen circumstances may arise. In the event of a delay from our carrier, please contact us; we will be happy to help you locate your package.

* During sales and events, processing time may take an additional 2 to 3 business days.

We offer the following delivery options in French Guiana:

Standard delivery:

• Cayenne, Rémire-Montjoly and Matoury|Open 1 to 2 days | 4€
• Soula, Macouria|Open 1 to 2 days   | 6€

Express delivery with Chronopost:

• Four municipalities | 1 to 2 business days after shipment | 13€ (fixed fee for packages weighing 0 to 3 kilos)

In-store pickup / Free service:

You can collect your order in store the same day, according to our opening hours. You will receive an email notification as soon as your package is ready.

 

International Shipping Policy

 

Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery address's location and the total weight of the package. Please follow the payment instructions to obtain the calculated rate and estimated delivery time. An electronic signature will be required for all DHL deliveries. Please note that customs fees may apply to DHL shipments in accordance with local legislation. Claire Showroom Guyane is not responsible for these fees and therefore cannot cover them upon delivery. In the event of non-payment of customs fees, the package will be returned to us, and shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.

*To avoid any potential problems with your delivery, please take a moment to check and provide an accurate delivery address during checkout.

Please note that we cannot replace or refund items shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in allowing us to deliver your orders quickly and accurately.

Please do not refuse a delivery. In case of refusal, the initial delivery charges and return shipping costs will be charged. Any refund will therefore be reduced by the total delivery and return charges.
